Lauri is a fourth-generation North Idaho native from Post Falls, who brings a wealth of life experiences to her role as an educator at Innercept. With a heart dedicated to service, Lauri’s life journey has been marked by an unwavering commitment to others. As a mother of four young men—one of whom is Autistic—she embarked on a 15-year homeschooling journey, imparting knowledge and values, while fostering growth and independence.
Lauri’s dedication extends beyond her family, as she actively contributed to her community by teaching at a Homeschool co-op and serving as an Awana leader for over a decade. Her ability to nurture, encourage, and empower others sets her apart. Lauri’s diverse experiences and compassionate nature make her an ideal fit for the Innercept team.
Amid her devotion to community and family, Lauri loves spending time in the great outdoors, enjoying camping, hiking, and river adventures during the summer. She’s also a skilled archer, a music enthusiast, and values quality time spent with loved ones.
