Kip brings 25 years of experience as a secondary behavior intervention teacher in the Seattle area. She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University- the same school that her mother and father graduated from, and the school her son will be attending in the fall of 2024!
Kip earned her master’s degree in educational leadership with the intent of moving into administration. In 2018, her life took a sudden shift as she moved to Spokane to care for her aging mother and was unable to work full time. Kip taught online teacher education classes for GCU, CPR, first aid, and basic life support classes for the American Red Cross, and she helped her husband fulfill his lifelong dream of opening a record store.
Kip uses a positive behavior support model to support students’ academic, social, and emotional needs, a practice that works well with Innercept’s team approach.
