Kelly Stokes, M.B.A., SHRM-CP

Kelly is an experienced human resources director who has worked in diverse organizations. Originally from Southern California, Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from California State University, Fullerton, and her Master of Business Administration from University of Redlands. In addition, she is a member of the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society and is SHRM-CP certified. Professionally, Kelly focuses on creating and maintaining a positive work environment that is conducive for all. Kelly is a strong employee advocate, while also being a disciplined business leader. She was drawn to Innercept because of her passion for mental health and the opportunity to play a role in the process of helping our residents. Kelly takes pride in being thorough and hiring only the best staff for Innercept. In her personal time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her spouse, and their three kids. They enjoy camping and boating on Pend Oreille Lake.
