Katherine graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas where she achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Kinesiology. Prior to joining Innercept, she taught history and physical education in Texas and California. Additionally, Katherine has coached varsity soccer and tennis, and acted as a cheer advisor for varsity cheer squad.
Katherine enjoys working with students who come from diverse places and backgrounds. Innercept affords her the opportunity to make a positive impact with residents, while also being able to join them on their journey in becoming their best self. She enjoys practicing the core values of striving for a healthy body and mind for herself, as well as with the residents.
