Kantrel Fulton, B.S.

Kantrel was born and raised in North Idaho and also attended North Idaho College. She continued her education at the University of Idaho and graduated with a B.S. degree in Food and Nutrition, as well as a B.S. degree in Exercise Science and Health, Health and Human Performance. Prior to her employment at Innercept, Kantrel worked as a community-nutrition advisor and provided nutrition and physical-activity education to low-income families in North Idaho. It was there that she found her passion for helping people achieve a healthy lifestyle. Kantrel was drawn to Innercept’s holistic approach to health and advocacy for both physical and mental health. As a young adult herself, she was thrilled by the opportunity to serve as a role model and provide each resident with invaluable, lifelong tools to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

When she isn’t helping residents become the healthiest versions of themselves, Kantrel can often be found at the local farmer’s market, outdoors with her family or in the kitchen experimenting with new foods. She also loves to spend time with her cats and her buffalo.
