Ms. Younger graduated from Spokane Community College first as a licensed practical nurse and began a career in the mental health field at Pine Crest Hospital. This was a challenging position working in the area of mental health on acute care psychiatric units for children, adolescents, and adults. After several years experience in the acute psychiatric hospital setting Ms. Younger remained in the psychiatric field but in the new setting of outpatient practice within the office of Northwest Psychiatric. Ms. Younger also has several years nursing experience working with the elderly in assisted living facilities.
Ms. Younger then again graduated from Spokane Community College as a registered nurse. She has worked with Innercept since its inception in several capacities always with dedication and attention to detail, one of which being environmental therapy as a method of treatment progression. In her free time Ms. Younger enjoys spending time with family, pets, nature, and teaching young people the art of riding horses.
