Amy Tarbutton, B.A.

Amy Tarbutton received her Bachelor of Arts in English through Union University along with her teaching certificate. Following graduation, Amy lived and worked in rural Ethiopia teaching English as a second language at Hope Learning Center. After moving back to her hometown of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Amy joined the Innercept team as an educator in both the adolescent and young-adult classrooms. She also assists residents with dual enrollment with local colleges, high school-to-college transition, volunteer placement and vocational portfolios. Amy enjoys playing soccer, running marathons, participating in triathlons and savoring the great outdoors of the Northwest, including backpacking, rock-climbing, and snowboarding.
