Amanda Swindoll, B.S.W., M.S.W.

Therapist

Having earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College, and a Master of Social Work at Boise State College, my goal is to continue working on my PhD in social work.

Prior to Innercept, I worked at Safe Passages as a domestic violence advocate serving women fleeing from domestic violence situations. I also worked for the Department of Health and Welfare in Child Protection Services as a case manager.

My three favorite modalities include narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

In the summer, I enjoy going to parks with my dog, swimming, paddleboarding and hiking. In the winter you can find me snowboarding or enjoying a warm fire!
